LANDLORD FEES – FULL MANAGEMENT & TENANT FIND ONLY
Tenant Find Only Service – Fee half of one months’ rent plus VAT (60% inc VAT)
- Collect and remit initial months’ rent and deposit received
- Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
- Provide tenant with method of payment
- Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
- Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)
Full Management Service – in addition to the above service - Fee one months’ rent plus VAT (120%inc VAT)
- Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on arrears actions
- Invoice for commission and other works
- Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome
- Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors (including providing quotes).
- Renewal fee is chargeable every six months during the tenancy period.
