We currently manage many properties from one bedroom flats to four bedroom executive residences.
We pride ourselves on our simple charging structure...
Our charging structure is simple - one month rent plus VAT, which is taken from the ingoing tenants first months rent, with a renewal of contract fee of £200 plus VAT for every six month period thereafter (assuming existing tenants remain).
The majority of our properties have been managed with the original tenant for over eighteen months each.

When calculated against another agent charging an average of 10-15% plus VAT per calendar month this could mean tremendous savings for you the landlord.
Our regular checks and communications with both tenant and landlord ensure, we believe, a smooth running operation from checking in to checking out!
We have the backing of a recognised professional referencing company making it possible for our landlords to obtain a "rent guarantee" therefore taking away any possible concerns over non payment of rent - please ask for more details.
Given that we are always holding a log register of proven tenants it may be possible to purely act as a "tenant find only agent" allowing the landlord to take care of the tenancy and having a more "hands on" approach. This would be organised for a reduced fee.
