Best bit: Working with a friendly, close-knit team, providing office support for them whilst they deal with the important job of selling and finding new homes for our clients.

Top tip to a client: Speaking from personal experience, when selling your home, try and turn it into a 'blank canvas' and de-clutter as much as you can to make it more appealing to the potential buyer. Also, when looking for your new home, it can be a good idea to have a drive around the local area of the property before making an appointment to view it.
