Top tip to a client: Buying and selling property can be a stressful process but it's always harder when working to exact dates as it puts you under added pressure. With that in mind, try not to manage your world around a certain day (during the conveyancing process) and we'll work with the solicitors to get you moving as soon as possible. Other than that, I'd recommend having a for sale board and presenting your home as best as you can for viewings. If I'm honest, I always think it's better if the owners are not there for the initial viewing as it is far less uncomfortable for both parties and we'll be able to come back to you with far more accurate and constructive feedback. The rest is down to us.
