Top tip to a client: Firstly, I'd always avoid Multi Agency marketing! Only instruct one agent to sell your home. It's cheaper, you have much more control and your property will look far more appealing to buyers when they are flicking through the property websites. You also avoid the stresses involved with being caught up in a battle between Estate Agents after an offer is received. Secondly, have a board up. Besides being one of the best tools available, ours are quite good looking and potential buyers will know that you are serious about moving if you have one.
