Top tip to a client: I honestly believe there is a massive difference between the corporate estate agency machine and the truly independent agent, as we are. We are not backed by massive insurance backed funding – we have to sell houses, not mortgages or switching electricity providers. Selling houses is our business and we do it well. Each member of staff is paid through the OFFICE bankings – not individual targets that create a hostile environment in which to work.
